We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it quickly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, supplements, or perishable items unless they are faulty or damaged.

We also cannot accept returns for:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior approval

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
